Gutsy Design: Andrzej Gutkowski's Portfolio

Hi! My name is Andrzej Gutkowski and I am from Poland. I have been working as a graphic/designer for almost forty years. I started with illustrations for newspapers and books, through magazine design, to printed advertising. For eight years I have been the owner and Art Director of the graphic studio Gutsy Design Ltd. based in London. Graphics is my passion and profession. I started with drawings, through illustrations for books, to satirical drawings for newspapers. I have been associated with publishing houses from the beginning, and my first job was to design a mock-up of a cultural weekly, when I was learning the basics of design under the supervision of Janusz Stanny. After several years of working in newspapers and magazines, I got into advertising, initially as a Designer, and after a few years as an Art Director. I returned to work in publishing houses, but without abandoning strictly advertising assignments and those that I value the most - logo design. My first logo was created for the FAPA Foundation for Assistance Programs for Agriculture. Currently, I constantly cooperate with several companies with very different profiles, including Mary Kay Poland, Trigon Brokerage House, and Bauer Publishing House.
